The New Jersey Labor Management Collaborative cordially invites district teams to join us for LMC PreCon 2025. Join colleagues from across the region as we explore the intersection of leading and learning and how it serves as the foundation of a collaborative partnership. Previous PreCons have helped attendee teams grow closer together, develop new skills, and create action plans for the year ahead and this year promises to be no different!
This year will be anchored by a keynote from Dave Ciliberto, Senior HR specialist and leadership coach. Our partners from Educators Thriving and the California Labor Management Initiative will be with us once again as well as a panel from a New Jersey LMC District.
For New Jersey Districts: To register your team, please download and save a copy of the Registration Form above. This should be done on a computer, not smart phone or tablet. Please email the completed form to Janet Bush. - janet@lmcpartnerships.org before October 27th. Please designate one person to be responsible for the registration of your entire team.
For participants outside of New Jersey, please contact Mike Ritzius - mike@lmcpartnerships.org for details on how to register. You can also email Mike with any questions you may have.
Districts are invited to bring diverse teams of 2-15 people and must include one representative from your union and one representative from management at a minimum. Districts are strongly encouraged to bring representatives from each of the following educational partner groups:
Local union president or designee;

School Board members.
The NJ Labor Management Collaborative will provide rooms and registration free of charge to NJ district teams. Participants will have the option to reserve a room for Thursday at an additional cost through the convention website. Transportation between the hotel and convention center also provided.
Still wondering who should come? Examples include:

All Pre-Convention attendees are invited to attend the NJEA Annual Convention as our honored guests on November 6th and 7th, starting the opening keynote by Malala Yousafzai.
